Employer Incentives

Wage Subsidy Scheme (WSS) - Wage subsidies are offered to eligible employers to provide financial incentive when considering the employment of a person with a disability or barriers to employment. Wage subsidies allow employers to meet any additional demands they may have in hiring and training an employee with a disability or other barriers to employment and assists in the paying of wages for the first few months of employment.
