Overview
Castle Personnel’s Transition to Work program is a NSW State Government initiative funded by Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) Department of Human Services NSW. The two year program aims to assist Year 12 School leavers, who have a disability to obtain the skills required to become work ready and achieve employment. We have been delivering school leaver programs for over ten years in the Hunter region and have developed extensive networks to provide our clients with the opportunities to increase their skill levels and employability.
At Castle Personnel, our clients feature at the centre of our service. Our delivery model has four key steps to create a consistent framework through which we deliver our programs. It defines both our clients path and our approach to quality service delivery.
Step 1: We Work with You to Identify Your Dreams and Goals
Step 2: We Prioritise Your Needs
Step 3: We Create a Plan
Step 4: We Walk with You
