Castle Personnel bases its service delivery on the individual needs, personal goals and aspirations of the residents of Licensed Boarding Houses. This is done through a person-centred, individual planning process, with increased emphasis on building on existing skills whilst working towards independence and integration into their local community.

Castle Personnel aims to enhance the quality of life of residents of licensed boarding houses by increasing their opportunities and enjoyment of life. Castle staff work co-operatively with LRC Operators to ensure maximum opportunity for residents to use skills gained through the ALI program within their home environment.

Clients are given a monthly program, which is generated from their individual plans. Funding for this program supports approximately 2 to 3 hours service per week, per client. At Castle we structure the program to accommodate clients being able to access many of the activities independently; this in turn gives them the opportunity to have more service each week. Some of our clients access activities for up to 20 hours a week.
