Frank is an accountant with 39 years experience working in both public practice and the private sector. He currently operates a small public accounting practice in Merewether, where he has specialised in taxation and small business accounting for over 15 years. Prior to entering public practice Frank worked for CSR Wood Panels as the Factory Commercial Manager for the Raymond Terrace Masonite factory for 15 years.

Frank’s association with CPS extends back 13 years, during that time he acted as the CPS accountant, assisting in all facets of the finance and accounting areas. Frank has been a member of the Board of Directorsfor 7 years and Vice Chairman for 6 years.

Graham Luxton

Graham is a management consultant who has been heavily involved in the disability services industry in Australia and overseas for more than 12 years. He is well known by disability services practitioners throughout the world and has presented papers on disability services management at industry conferences in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, England, Ireland, Scotland and the US.

Graham’s management experience goes well beyond the disability services industry and he has held senior management roles and directorships in a diverse range of industries. Currently, Graham is a board member of CPS, he owns a building development company and is the Managing Director of a management consulting firm.

Blair is Senior Partner in Accounting Practice with over 20 years experience in public practice accounting. Blair’s credentials include:
