Overview
Castle Personnel Services Ltd has been operating in the Hunter region for 20 years and provides a range of services to assist people with a disability to achieve their goals. We have delivered 22 individual government funded disability services over this time. Castle Personnel Services Ltd has assisted over 5,000 client’s progress towards their goals whether they be sustainable employment or a more active role in the community.

Currently, Castle Personnel Services Ltd provides services to people with a disability in the Hunter, Lower Hunter and Upper Hunter areas.
Organisational Culture
Castle Personnel’s Management team and employees support and foster a positive working environment. Our excellent workplace culture has been a driving force in Castle’s success and a valuable part of the organisation as a whole.
Castle’s Managers have an open door policy and hold regular team meetings to promote staff engagement. Managers encourage all staff to gain an understanding of each others roles and work to develop a sense of teamwork and appreciation.
Castle offers staff flexible working hours and understands that meeting client needs can not always be achieved within the standard working hours. We have a strong time in lieu procedure and support employees using these to encourage a healthy work-life balance.
