Castle Personnel has achieved the highest Return to Work outcome ration throughout NSW.
For the Worker Castle Personnel has a thorough knowledge of the available labor market and applies this understanding to individual requirements. Castle also has access to the NSW Vocational Education & Training Accreditation Board Training.
For the Employer Castle Personnel has access to subsidies that are an incentive for new Employers offsetting the cost of engaging a new employee and offering a Workers Compensation premium exemption to assist with Return to Work.
For Insurers Castle Personnel offers tailored Return to Work solutions including Same Employer and New Employer Services. Our thorough knowledge of the available labor market through research and analysis permits our programs to assist with a Return to Work in a safe, sustainable and productive manner.
Castle Personnel offers end to end Return to Work solutions for self referrers, treating Doctors, employers and Insurers across 12 sites in the Hunter, Upper Hunter and Lower Hunter areas.
